I have been using Whatnot for some time, and all that I can say is, that it is a great app! Great customer service also!!

If you’re looking for a gamble, this is for you. For anyone else, Whatnot is very risky. Package gets stuck or disappears? Sucks, no refund. You buy something that’s dirty? Sucks, no refund. Customs demands 300$ for your package because the seller filled it out wrong? Sorry, no refunds!

My usps package has been delivered to Des Moines twice. It arrived.. later departed, just to “arrive” for the second time at that facility. Package was supposed to be delivered on the 21st.

Whatnot has no problem defending sellers who cancel orders because the price wasn’t high enough. Whatnot defends that action by claiming sellers have the right to cancel damaged items (even when it’s not damaged and the sellers fault) they do not support the customer. Use at your own risk.

First and last time using this app all within 24 hrs. 10 second bids back to back went from $15 to over $1100, twice!! How?? Withdrawal amounts processed with my bank before the seller was able to send through the cancellation. All was a hassle, the seller was cooperative, whatnot automatically signed me out of the app, I attempted to login, pop up says, try again “user banned”. Try again?? Nah I’m good
