Won a £40 silver coin on this app on a wheel. Seller never sent item. Contacted whatnot and they refunded me the money of the spin which was £5 but not the value of the coin. After complaining, they are still allowing the seller to run wheels and mystery games and doing nothing about it despite the seller scamming multiple people. Been contacting them for weeks about this and both the seller and whatnot simply don’t care.

Do not waste ur time or money on this app it’s a complete scam that leaves buyers at the mercy of a genuine seller. Paid for a pack break and the seller stole the hits from the break and only sent the duds. Whatnot support was the worst customer experience I have ever had and a complete waste of time. They “refunded” me the cost of the card which was a complete lowball that was 80% of what was listed on TCG player not even on eBay what’s more is it was only a partial refund which covered 1 missing card not even the 6 missing items from the order so I got completely scammed. Which is a shame as the concept is actually really cool but the buyer protection on the app basically doesn’t exist so just prey that the seller ur buying from is actually genuine (most arnt) because when u get scammed whatnot will offer zero actual support. AVOID THIS SCAMMING PLATFORM!!!!!

Bought numerous items from various sellers. Around 40% of items are unsaleable or not as described, heavily stained, ripped, damaged, didn’t show up etc. 

Raised complaints 4 weeks ago and despite having chased up regularly and having to raise individual complaints on each item from an order (despite items not being itemised or named so just receiving a jumbled box of indistinguishable items), have received refunds on less than 50% of items. 

Very frustrating and I would be cautious about using unless you are happy to accept being sold useless garbage with no easy way of having it refunded.

Used to only be good for us citizens but as of recent there’s uk sellers I collect funko pops so I can’t tell you how the trading card scene is but the funko side is great kind genuine sellers who care about not only their businesses but also the customers they’re always happy to help if I have any questions more than not open to negotiations fast delivery times easy to navigate and just a whole bunch of positive energy the only complain I would have is my phone sometimes bugs out whilst watching a stream and I’d have to close the app and re-open it but other than that it’s amazing and would totally recommend.
