Never Rely on WhatsApp for Your Business – No Real Support!
WhatsApp Business might seem like a reliable tool, but don’t be fooled. My account was banned without explanation, and the supposed in-app appeal process is broken—no “Request a review” option available. When I contacted support, I received automated responses telling me to use the app, which is useless when the option isn’t there. This has caused major disruptions to my business, and there’s no way to get real help. If your business depends on WhatsApp, think twice. One ban, and you’re stuck in a loop with zero accountability from support. WhatsApp needs to fix its appeal process and provide real support for businesses. Until then, it’s too risky to rely on them for critical communications.
A Nice way to start a new business!
Starting my new business has been easier with WA Business. But I feel it has lots to improve. Regarding the Labels and easier ways to navigate it and also with the catalog. Could be an option for reordering items. And share with selected labels…
