My account was suspended without a specific reason. I have been using it for my work since 5 years. I have made so many broadcast lists over the years and have been exchanging docs over WhatsApp because i can always retrieve info from there but its all gone now. Plus I have been taking an online class for a year and I have all the notes, tests and exercises on whatsapp and I have an exam next month. I don’t know how will I study all that.
On Status privacy when I tap on add a new contact to my private list, the app crash!
Unbelievable user friendly app for businesses
They have been banning my account for a month now, and then unblock it. No reason given, nothing! Even the verification code is not received after they unblock the number. And they helpline is autogenerated. Worst customer support!
I got banned three times, and was informed that it was by accident. Eventually, the fourth time, the individual who reviewed this ban decided the automated system was reliable and that I would remain banned. 🤡

Without any notice my account is deleted. If I have violated any policy atleast I should be aware of it that what went wrong. Not fair at all.
It’s just extremely frustrating and I received no communication from their support team!!! Hopefully soon!!!
Pls add : the ability to program the sending of a message or other content
I have got banned multiple time with no reason and after couple hours they make me clear. Do unstable.
