Problem with tagging a group when posting on my status
The tag feature that allows you to mention someone or a group chat when posting on your status doesn't work for me I can only mention a contact but I can't mention any group
Backup and Restore Issues
I got a new iPhone and want to switch from a Samsung to it but I can’t retrieve my chats even after backing up on google. There has to be a way to retrieve my chats while switching from an android to an iPhone. I can’t afford to lose my chats while switching. If I can’t backup from google, you need to make it possible for me to backup on my iPhone as a companion device so I can logout from the iPhone (companion device) log into my iPhone afresh and retrieve from iCloud instead. Please work on this. I’ve searched online and nobody has an answer. People really need this update. Telegram does a better job of keeping chats than WhatsApp even without hacking up chats. All you have to do is log in and you’re good to go. WhatsApp has been here for so long and it’s sad that we still deal with low quality problems on the app.
