I bought the new iPhone 16 and i couldn't complete to enter my account. I could receive notification by banner but cannot open the app. I could only enter until setting up the profile but after it sends me the title above. It is really crucial and I do not know what to do.

“Use Face ID” button is not responding
The “Use Face ID” button is not responding has to tap it many times before it will work. It happens after updating my mobile to iOS 18. At first, I thought it was my mobile issue, but when I checked with other Apps, the buttons for face ID were working fine.
Good app
I love this app but after the update the little icon to scan the picture/image was gone! It was a lot easier to just scan , copy/ paste the detail of the picture you recieved/sent! Other than it’s a good app!
