I use this app to submit mileage only because it’s how my company requires that I do it. The old Motus app we used was much better. I tried not to make a rash judgment but after using the app for 5 months I’m convinced it’s not just a familiarity issue. The app is very klunky to use and the tracking modes doesn’t really accommodate the way I work.

Terribly designed application. Application does not take into consideration the font size set on the phone. If the font size is at the minimum you’re OK but anything other than that it crowds all the data fields together

Makes me log in every time despite have a biometric log in. App closes out when I go to open it. A new version is rolled out every 3 months that is NEVER better than any other previous version. Temp passwords do not work properly. App fails to track mileage randomly for no reason. And my favorite, sometimes they schedule maintenance at the exact time as the deadline for submitting mileage. Overall a trash app.

Maybe test your updates before forcing them. And your reporting of issues isn’t remotely simple. So you get reviews like this to notify you of problems. And yes I’m up to date with IOS 17.4.1 and I’ve rebooted. 4/22/2024

Just updated the app 04/22/24 and now can’t get into the app. It crashes every time I try to open the app. Please fix. This is used for work.

After todays update, it can’t run anymore

They forced an update on the app and now the the app won’t open so I can’t track my trip now.

App will no longer opens. Click on the icon and it tries to open but then closes.

Unreliable- crashes, data loss, etc

It’s clear this app was not designed by people that travel for work. If it was, then it wouldn’t auto log a flight as a 700 mile drive. 🤦‍♂️ I’ve had to disable the GPS logging. Even when I wasn’t actively logging a trip, the app decided to log one anyway, which became obvious when it logged the miles of a recent flight. I recognize that this is a complex task for the developers, but nobody wants another app to baby sit. Fortunately, you can just turn off the GPS access and manually log your trips. And sadly, this is easier and less frustrating than trying to decipher the collective mess of trips the app auto logs. I just wish they would make manual trip logging easier… maybe utilize Siri or extend the app into Shortcuts, or make a CarPlay app. Also, do we need to login every time? Face ID is fast, but it just adds another frustrating delay to things. Nothing in this app is so secure and sensitive that I should need to authenticate every time I open it. I’m already on my unlocked iPhone, even if someone swiped my unlocked iPhone out of my hands, they’re not going to find anything of value in a trip logging app. Maybe instead of making the whole app secure, they could just make viewing the log history secure?
