Great app but can be inaccurate sometimes

I use it for two different schools/routes for my daughters and can count on my hand the number of times it was working for both at once. For months, the app crashed so I was using the website and it was even less helpful. The school is unable to login to see what’s going on because the only way to get in is to have a registered child on a route. I’ve been left in a lurch dozens of times due to inaccurate arrival times. Dozens of messages have gone unanswered. There is no support. I wish there was as a reliable alternative.
