I initially bought this subscription because I wanted to know about air purifiers. But I have consulted many times for other things unfortunately there is a serious lack of info for items concerning pets: for instance nothing on cat grooming tools, nothing on cat drinking fountain

Very difficult to leave once signed up. Many of their reviews are limited and focus on irrelevant details. The biggest problem is trying to avoid their hard self sell.

June issue won’t download, I’ve been trying for four days now ! The website is always Very Slow to load and has been for a long time. It’s about time the IT team got the app working properly and at a acceptable speed ! You should be setting the standard not always behind.

Such a valuable trustworthy and impartial source for those times when we need guidance before making any key purchase from mobile phone services to major purchases. Additionally everything presented in an attractive and readable format.

I’ve been a subscriber for almost half a year and I’ve got to say this app is largely disappointing and buggy. They really should just start again from fresh rather than trying to repair or refactor something so broken. 1. Sometimes I start up the app, select one article to read, as I’m scrolling the app will go blank, crash and restart. 2. Following the links in an article, where you’re still opening a new article within the app (and not using an in-app browser) just crashes the app. Normally by the 2nd or 3rd link it’ll crash. 3. Filtering doesn’t work correctly as well. So for example, if you’re looking for a washing machine and you first try to filter something you don’t get the expected results back like how you do on web. It only works after you uncheck your filters, search then re-check the same filters again. 4. You could be reading an article, then switch apps to Safari, then switch back to Which? App and it’ll crash and take you back to home.

I’m a Which member and recently bought a mattress using the Which website, and a new pillow. I’m happy with my new mattress, not the pillow. Looking on Amazon I discovered that a huge number of people hated the pillow, not matching the high percentage that Which found amongst its testers. Maybe Which should take note of Amazon reviews in their tests! I then downloaded the app, and to my surprise, found different information about my mattress. Had I used the app, I may not have bought this one. Also, in the few minutes of scanning the app, I’ve already found two paragraphs, one on top of the other, illegible. My first glance at the app has made me question whether I need to be a member of Which at all. I’ll be checking the app and the website next time I use Which, to see how they compare, and hope to adjust my review when I have more comparisons.
