Great app, great services and chapeau bas
I recently had a deeply troubling experience with the Whish Money application that I feel compelled to share. My story begins when a client sent me a fake receipt claiming to have transferred money via Whish Money. Trusting the system, I proceeded to resend the amount he requested, believing the transaction was legitimate. However, after a short time, I discovered that he had not actually sent any money at all. It was a scam. In my attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out to Whish Money's support team, hoping for assistance. Unfortunately, their response was far from helpful. They informed me that only the receiver has the authority to refuse a payment. This policy left me bewildered. How can a sender have no power to cancel a transaction once it’s initiated? This lack of oversight creates a dangerous environment where scammers can exploit the system without consequence. I felt abandoned by Whish Money, as their support team did not take any meaningful action to address my situation. It seems the application prioritizes the rights of potential thieves over the safety of its users. In conclusion, my experience with Whish Money has been overwhelmingly negative. The lack of protection for senders and the inadequate support system make it a risky choice for anyone looking to conduct financial transactions securely. I urge potential users to consider these risks before relying on this application for their money transfers.
it would be nice to see the party in whose favor a transaction was made under Activity/Transactions. Currently it shows CCM or Areeba etc instead of the POS where the transaction was done. Also, it would be good to add the possibility of transferring USD from one’s own USD funds to his own LBP wallet or card.
Excellent app with great features, but it could use some tuning. It would be helpful to add the ability to input decimals for withdrawals, top-ups, and transfers. Additionally, offering an option to exchange between USD and LBP currencies would greatly enhance the user experience.
Please make the amount field in top up by card section decimal, allowing us to top up a decimal number (like $5.5). Currently this feature is not available (I am obliged to top up $5 or $6).
