センサーが反応したままになってしまい、外出先からアプリの手動サイクルボタンを押してもサイクル中断機能によりサイクルが開始されず困っています。
愛猫が使用中ではないことは分かっている状況では、センサーの反応によるサイクル中断機能は必要ありません。
サイクル中断機能をオフにして手動サイクルできるようになって欲しいです。
手動サイクルしたいときにできないので使い勝手が悪いと思います。

一つ前のバージョンを使用しておりましたが、回転時の音の静かさ、体重管理の送受信で外出先からのチェックなど、非常に快適です。一つだけあるとしたら、ステップ台が少し狭いのか？もしくは、手前のところがプラ製(以前はゴム)だから足元を引っ掛けるのが不安定なのか？どちらかは分かりませんが、うちの娘は用を足してOUTする時はステップを使わずジャンプするので、砂が飛び散ったりしてます。

All of a sudden it has stopped sending me the cycle complete notification about 40-60% of the time. I still receive them every now and then but completely random.  Raised a ticket but no fix so far.

何回分貯まっているか分かり、かつ、トイレ使用の時間もわかるので、掃除のタイミングを最適化できます。
残念なのは、最新バージョンでグラフがスムージングされてしまいわかりにくくなってしまったこと。残量ゲージもデジタルになったものの、数値はあてにならず、表示も分かりにくいです。
結局、一つ前のバージョンに戻しました。
そんなところより、週間、月間ヒストリーの平均値計算がおかしい方を修正するべきです。（期間初日の数値が正しく反映されない）
