I haven't had a glitch come which other apps have. The accuracy is pretty good. Oh something goes wrong, there's no support. I contacted them because I couldn't back into a session in progress. They never responded. I use it to send transcriptions to my Drafts App email address so that I can push them to Obsidian. I have recorded myself, meetings, and webcasts with fantastic results.
