Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Pros: - The concept of the app is promising - User interface seems clean and intuitive Cons: - Approximately 90% of the advertised features do not work as promised - YouTube video transcription feature is non-functional - Personal library video transcription also fails to work - Customer support has been unresponsive to my concerns After investing in a lifetime account, I was dismayed to find that key features like YouTube video transcription and transcription of videos from my personal library simply don't work. These were major selling points that influenced my decision to purchase. I've reached out to customer support about these issues and the possibility of a refund, but as of writing this review, I haven't received a satisfactory response. For potential buyers: I strongly recommend caution before purchasing. The app's actual functionality falls far short of what's advertised. Make sure to thoroughly test all features you're interested in during any trial period before committing to a purchase. To the Whisper team: Please focus on delivering the features you promise. As it stands, the app feels like a beta version at best, not a polished product worthy of a lifetime investment. I hope the developers can address these issues promptly.
