## White Fox Boutique US Reviews in United States

### *---- "First time buyer"
I am so disappointed with this website! My granddaughter wanted a sweatshirt from white fox, I even subscribed so I would get an additional 20% off to all first-time buyers, however, you have to order at least $60 worth of merchandise to get your 20% off and since the sweatshirt was $59.99 I didn’t qualify! That was ridiculous! I hope she never wants anything from this website again.

### *---- "Poor Customer Service"
I placed an order on November 29, 2024. Have not received any update on my order being processed or shipped. I sent an email on December 8, with no response. If you are looking to get your order within a reasonable timeframe, this is not the place to shop. Very disappointing.

### ***-- "Out of Stock"
I hate that so many things are out of stock.
-- khurley9, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Don’t order from here"
I placed a order on November 22 it’s December 8 today and the package is not even here to be shipped out yet I had to pay 7 for delivery fee and it said 5-9 business days it’s been like 3 weeks and still nothing this is very upsetting first time ordering from white fox I don’t even know how the hoodie will come
-- Rosalin233, 2024-12-07

### **--- "didn’t let me use my 20% sign up code"
trying to order hoodie for girlfriend for xmas and it wouldn’t let me use my 20% sign up code
-- koihssusj, 2024-12-06

### **--- "Mid"
I love the hoodies and all of the clothes but I ordered my hoodie a week ago I have no information of where it is. The app will not let me in. It takes so much for shipping and I am NOT paying double just to get free shipping, I will write another review once I get my hoodie, if I even get it
-- Starbucks21342, 2024-12-05

### *---- "False Advertisement"
They do not honor the 20% off to new customers and they don’t offer a contact information either.

Very limited inventory. Sets are not complete.
-- Betty40g, 2024-12-04

### ***** "I loveeee White Fox!"
I ordered a bunch of hoodies and fit tops and they are sooo cuttteeee!!! I can’t wait for my next order.
-- 𝒱𝒾ℴ𝓁ℯ𝓉𝒶．𝒱𝒾𝒾, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Sizes available"
When searching for certain sizes, only items available to purchase in stock should come up on search or it’s a nightmare and waaaaaay to time consuming to go through everything that is not even available to purchase because sizes are sold out!!!
-- Notagoodshoppingsite, 2024-12-02

### *---- "I hate it"
It’s overrated, overpriced, and the only reason I got it was for my friends birthday. It gave me a huge discount for Black Friday, but at the end it was basically the same price. JUST A 5 DOLLAR DIFFERENCE FOR 40% OFF! Huge markup.
