Greedy Pay-to-Win Cash Grab

Whiteout Survival started out fun, but it quickly became clear that it’s just another predatory pay-to-win game. Progress is painfully slow unless you spend money, and the game constantly pushes expensive packs that give paying players an overwhelming advantage. Free-to-play players are just cannon fodder for big spenders. Events are rigged in favor of those who pay, making it nearly impossible to compete without spending. The matchmaking is terrible, with smaller alliances getting crushed by overpowered whales. If you don’t want to get addicted and waste money, stay far away from this game.

this game is a battle of money and power , rewards are not good to what you spend in it(resources and money). dev is happy on what you spend.. But, this game is immersive and addicting .... spend wisely(*￣(ｴ)￣*)

So when I was playing another game there suddenly an ad that popped up I kinda played the ad and I liked it so I downloaded the game from the ad but when I played the game it was soooo different from the ad so I’ll say this is a SCAM

Banned my account for Refunding packs I didn’t even bought.

I noticed multiple charges on my account from this game for purchasing packs. I only buy regular packs from 2.99$ below. But recently noticed 9.99$ packs are being charged on my bank account more than once per day. I requested a refund to apple services as I didn’t even bought those packs in the first place. Refund was successful but the game banned my account. I will not request a refund If the invoices are correct. There are extra invoices being charged on my account without me knowing. But instead of looking into it, the CS team decided to ban my account. Is this how you treat your players that are in danger of illegal charging? Ban their account? The game is good and I’m invested. But these extra unauthorized multiple charges on my bank accounts are greatly noticeable. I hope whiteout survival team looks into it and not banning and have the player repurchase the packs that he/she didn’t even bought in the first place.

Worst customer service. Hate speech and bullying not being punish and control. Massive pay to win game. Takes a lot of space on your phone.

Total different

This app is totally different from what the add of fb is playing, when you download it its a different thing thats going on the app🙄

Not beginner friendly

I played for 5 days and on the 5th day a guy attack me “4” times in a row. Which caused me to lose a massive amount of loot and troops. By the way the guy who attacked was maxed out, had 3 level 78 heroes. Which i only had 35, so yeah the game has no balance.
