Regarding subscriptions! First they give you options then after you subscribe & try to get info they want to charge you for every little piece of info! All subscription info should be presented up front!! And, they are greedy!! Look elsewhere!
Difficult to cancel
Think hard about signing up for this service. They really make difficult to cancel the service.
Trickery
The app basically forces you to sign up for more than you want. Maybe you'll have a better experience on a desktop but the app is terrible.
Two different purchases
I made two purchases and I did not get no credit whatsoever. I was sign in to my account. I did log off and login back again deleted and reinstalled the app and no credit yet. I feel that I got ripped off.
This app is a scam
Charged me $40.00 for the 29.00 premium plan, then doesn’t work and prompts me to pay more.
Useless unless you pay.
Unless you’re willing to pay this app is useless. Not sure what you get if you pay because they offer 3 uses that provide no info, so useless
This ad is false
It is very hard to unsubscribe to this ad. You cannot call a number and when you do it online, it’s no help. They are still billing me and I don’t want this service. Beware.
Have been a subscriber for years
I use this often. When I get a call or text that I am unsure about, I plug in the number and can usually get info enough to make a decision as to whether to delete and report or to respond.
