This is by far one of the finest and most professional, efficient and reliable apps I have come across during COVID -19 lockdown. In these times of despair, they have shown uppermost efficiency, right from initial booking to coordination, customised service, up until end point of delivery. Every bit of it was perfect! In these two weeks of lockdown I have used this app 4 times and without any glitch nor difficulty. Hyderabad should award the entire Whizzy team for incredible and reliable support to those in need during this epidemic! Special mention of effort and honesty to staff Abdul and Mhd Rafee for patiently and accurately carrying our request transaction with a smile till the end! Way to go guys! Keep it up!

Don’t know how they have a rating of 4.3 on the App Store. They provide a Terrible customer service and was a really bad experience. I placed a request for pickup a day earlier and it was cancelled without informing me or bringing it to my knowledge. My delivery was delayed by 2hrs. Their delivery guys are unreliable and you can’t even track them over the app.

The most prompt and best delivery app i have come across. Whizzer Imtiaz delivered my husband’s suprise gift on our anniversary on time and with sweet wishes. I would recommend this app to everyone for hazzle free delivery service Thankyou whizzy

On a flight from Chennai to Hyderabad the airline didn’t connect my check in luggage. So I was told by the airline that my bag would be sent through the same flight the following day, now this flight lands in Hyderabad at 9:00pm. So I spoke with the good people in Whizzy and they charged double fare they usually charge from the airport to my location and I completely understood as it was late in the night and they’d have to send two people to pick it up. And it all went super smooth and got my bag delivered by 10:15pm.
