Whole foods never receives order and they never deliver it— this is a phantom app- dont waste your time ordering food from here if you are in nyc—- theyll take your money, never deliver food and youll spend more time getting a refund..

This app is completely unusable. Id expect far better from a company owned by Amazon. The search function doesnt work at all. No matter what product i look for, it comes back with zero search results. Its been like this for months with no fix.

Today is July 10; the sale prices for more than 30 of the featured items expired yesterday. Useless to me.

It’s only good if you can search and their inventory is in the database. But every time I search it shows a store called Lamar no matter how many times I correct it. Also, when I used to be able to search in the right store, many products I know they had weren’t listed so I had to go there anyway to see if they had something.

Please fix the WFM app to work with iOS 16.7.8. The WFM app would not open in the Whole Foods store either with WFM wifi or my cellular service. I had to open the Amazon website in the browser to get to the Whole Foods code. I have 2 Factor Authentication on Amazon, so the effort required to use Amazon Prime to get the extra savings is probably not worth it. I can shop for vegan gluten free products in other grocery stores that have discounts and apps that actually work.

Terrible app. When I open a store app I want to be able to do a search so I know if they have a item I am looking for. You can’t do that with this app. I know they sell fresh shrimp when I did a search to see what they had it kind of shrimp they had, nothing cam up. What a waste. I guess they want you to come into the story even if you don’t know if they have what you want

I started in their website wanting to see and search what could I order for pick up. Made me waste my time downloading the app since the website doesn’t allow you to navigate. Then once I downloaded the app none of the stores near me were available. Please fix your bugs thanks

What an incredibly horrible app.

If you want to select a store to see all the sales, and the prices of everything, you need to cancel the location permissions. Don’t ask why. Makes no sense. Hopefully that’s the worst of it, and this isn’t the start of the long-standing Android issue where you can’t select a store to see the prices at all. Considering how poorly designed the app is, I suspect it might be the latter.
