Great performance now have internet service all over the house

Out of date and rubbish

Rubbish !

Keeps unpairing

Not happy with the app as it keeps losing the discs which still work but I am unable to see them on the app. To fix I have to reset the discs, delete the app and then reconfigure the discs….not good

Unreliable

A great idea but for no apparent reason the system would stop working and require the discs to be relocated and restarted, which is quite frustrating especially when you’re out the house.

Can’t force to 2.4 ghz

Why the app needs a separate website btwhole.home for some settings is just poor. Get all the settings in the one app. That’s just such bad dev. Plus, I can’t force into 2.4 ghz mode which is needed to initially pair certain devices. I press the button, it saves it, it updates all devices and nothing has changed.

Absolute garbage

Mesh network works ok for a few months then gradually gets worse and worse to the point it doesn’t really function. Endless factory resets, re-setting up the whole mesh and restarting network is just a temporary fix. The coverage is pretty poor in a big house. We have 6 discs and still have dead zones. The new Vodafone pro hub is much better and Vodafone are far cheaper than BT.

Pretty good but the app is clunky

The setup app is never quite clear what’s going on. Lacks any sort of logs or diagnostics to see where things are going wrong. Wifi mesh does DNS rewrite which doesn’t work with some setups, certainly struggled with starlink.

Drop out issues sometimes

Have had the whole home set up for many years but now drops out sometimes and resetting takes ages for some reason.

What a pain in the A4r53

In a large House with the 4 unit WiFi extension still not got it to work together on a BT Broadband home hub. 10m is too much apparently to broadcast a WiFi signal I deliver multi-££ Datacenter to UK Government, and the BT App and help on web site is Absolutely Useless. The don’t care attitude of BT/Open Reach is The BT App is misleading at best, downright useless reality of trying to do something! Monopoly BT proves it’s bloated ineptitude with every week of inability to deliver a service we would expect
