Hopefully you’ll see this before you buy this $300 band. This app does not work. It bugs out on the create a profile workflow and doesn’t even allow you to link the band to the app. The band is completely useless without it. We basically set $300 on fire. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Zero. No one will get back to you to help. Not for a refund, not for a question. If you’re lucky you may get a bot reply about a non-related topic. Zero stars. Unethical company. DO NOT BUY.
It was wildly inaccurate over counting. Then got very very accurate. Now wildly undercounting. How do I know? I also wear a pedometer.
In latest update 4.6.312 the keyboard blocks the journal text input on iOS 18. Makes it difficult to write something coherently. Overall charts and data are helpful. Wish I could toggle notifications because I get too many.
I already paid for the entire month, but because I haven’t paid for the NEXT 24 months, they withhold the data and do not provide the product/service I already paid for. AKA STEALING. Easily my most regretted purchase of all time. Need I say any more? Junk app, data, service, and functionality. Cannot do anything right. Calling this a “smart” device or anything similar is outright comical. And to top it all off they now steal from you. I hope they go bankrupt and end up on the street
Try to lock you into long term memberships just stick with an Apple Watch
There is a bug in strength trainer where you can’t “uncollapse” an upcoming exercise to edit the rep count or weight.
My whoop device and connectivity was fine till last app update. Now the connection to my phone is sporadic especially when working out.
As a lot of people on here have already reviewed. The tracking and app are extremely buggy and unreliable. This is my third health tracker and have not had such an unfinished experience before (used oura, apple watch, garmin and polar trackers in the past). Sleep detection is extremely unreliable, and constantly running into bugs in the app. It’s unfortunate I actually really enjoy the data given to you, especially the sleep debt load metric, but it’s turning out to be one of the most frustrating trackers I’ve used so far. After my pre-paid year is up looking to discontinue use and just stick with Oura for far superior sleep tracking and apple watch for general activity and calorie tracking.
Good luck cancelling your subscription. They make it extremely difficult on purpose. Never dealt with a company this horrible, they blatantly ignore their customers endlessly. Not sure how they’re in business. Data is inaccurate. Connection to the sensor is hit and miss. Data cuts out all the time. Cheap and terribly made sensor. I fell for the marketing and thought the product would live up to it — I was sorely mistaken. As soon as you get this you’ll realize you should’ve picked something else, like an Apple Watch or Garmin. This product does maybe 5% of what its competitors do, and 10x the price ($240 every single year). Get a different device and use the Bevel app, you’ll thank yourself later.
