I honestly am so frustrated. I keep trying to login to my account and it just keeps saying error and “this account requires registration or transfer”. It won’t allow me to login, make a new account, or find my password.. and I can’t contact customer support without logging in apparently.
Useless
Extremely bad on iPhone. Ads won’t load and can’t collect HMA votes. Glad i have an android so i can support my idols.

this is just a terrible application, the army asked to correct the errors that occur during voting, but they ignored us, this is disrespect for those thanks to whom your application is in demand at all, if we talk in fact, the award is corrupt, our fandom is famous for the fact that we do not donate to applications and earn everything with our own work , in one person’s fandom there is a very rich person who simply buys an award for his favorite, you are corrupt scoundrels, I don’t want to offend the fans and this person, I just have questions!
Notifications and lagging
The app is ok but when I have a notification and I go check notices it doesn’t show where to clear it out and also the app is always very laggy when over capacity both these things need to be checked and improved thank you
bruh i cant even log in
ive been trying to log in for the past 10 minutes i swear. there are choices other than email to log in but they all redirect you to use email. when i put in my email to use the verification code, its says “an error has occurred. please contact whosfan customer support if the error persists.” AND ALL YOU CAN PRESS IS OK ? WHERES THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUTTON LORD HAVE MERCY I AM ABOUT TO THROW MY PHONE ACROSS THE ROOMMMMMMMMMMM
Always crashing
You can’t click on anything without the app crashing. It took a few tries to even create my profile because it kept crashing. Really disappointing because it seems so promising.
Zero stars if possible
Another frustrating app to use for voting. In order to vote, you need a 3-4 digit credits that you exchange for voting for 1-2 digit votes. Some credits can’t be collected to use after you vote, which makes video watching for credit sorting *useless*. The system has glitches. You might not be able to load, enter or use the app at all. When you can, your video credits won’t be counted or the ads won’t load. The system can go down if it detects abnormal voting, which is great if it benefits your fandom. who votes cleanly. However, watching your fandom vote relentlessly only to see a lower place artist move up in the ranks while YOUR FANDOM PERCENTAGE HAS FROZEN is painful. That Whosfan posts only percentages, not actual numbers voted is fishy. Seems like the system is rigged against a certain clean voting fandom whose agency doesn’t pay off Hanteo. ZERO STARS
