## WhyMove Description
WhyMove turns your movement into something worth remembering.

Most fitness apps are built around performance. Pace, distance, calories, charts. They tell you what you did, then move on to the next workout.

WhyMove is built for something different.

It turns each activity into a living card that captures not just the movement, but the meaning behind it. Photos you took. Thoughts you didn’t write down. Context that usually gets lost once the workout ends.

Runs, walks, hikes, rides. Each one becomes a moment you can return to.

WhyMove automatically pulls your activity data and media, then helps you reflect on why you showed up that day. You can customize every card, change the look, add your own words, or let the app gently help you find them.

Over time, your activities stop feeling like data points and start feeling like chapters.

Designed around intention
WhyMove focuses on why you move, not just how far or how fast. It’s for people who use movement to think, to cope, to reconnect, or simply to feel human again.

Private by design
Everything runs entirely on-device. Your data stays yours. No accounts. No servers. No tracking.

Effortless by default
Activities sync automatically from Apple Health. Journaling can be automatic or manual. Powerful natural language search lets you find moments like “runs in the mountains” or “long walks after work” without digging through numbers.

Built for the Apple ecosystem
WhyMove looks and feels best on modern iOS, with advanced on-device intelligence powering search and auto journaling.

WhyMove doesn’t try to optimize your life.

It helps you remember it.
