## Wi-Fi Slow Cooker Reviews in United States

### *---- "Awful"
This app won’t even open on my phone. It tries but then immediately closes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled probably 4 or 5 times. Annoying since the entire reason I got this crockpot is for the capability of starting it from work.
-- Pink13sparkles, 2025-01-15

### *---- "Crashes immediately"
The app will not load
-- Saxking2005, 2025-01-08

### *---- "no longer supported"
poor product support, crockpots last a long time, and to no longer support Wi-fi app while this product is still available in the market place (in my case it is an older unit)
-- retired app, 2025-01-06

### *---- "Ripped off"
I paid extra money for my 6 quart slow cooker to have Wi-Fi. Now seven years later the Wi-Fi no longer works and the app won't connect to the device any longer. I called the service center and they said they no longer support that device and there's nothing I can do about it. If you're not gonna support the device for 10 years at bare minimum then you shouldn't sell it. Black & decker lost a customer today. This cooker was $25 more than a comparable unit without Wi-Fi.
-- DJ badbones, 2024-12-27

### *---- "BAD APP"
Won’t even load just closes before I can even log in!! Deleted and reinstalled still not Working!!!!
-- svossid, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Never connects to WiFi"
Fails to connect to WiFi.
-- EPPCS, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Not working"
This app used to work. Now it constantly crashes and won’t open. Tried removing and reinstalling but still don’t resolve the issue.
-- #1 Frustrated cook, 2024-10-31

### *---- "Connection"
Can not connect. App will not open
-- Lou@1334, 2024-10-31

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
This app use to work perfectly for me. But now every time I click on the app, it just crashes. I’ve deleted it and re- downloaded it, still the same thing.
-- prezg01, 2024-10-28

### *---- "Not able to use Wi-Fi"
App has not stayed up with the advancements with the IPhone. I am no longer able to use the Wi-Fi feature which makes this a regular crockpot, the whole reason I got it was for the WiFi and to be able to start it from a remote location so dinner would be ready when I got home. Please update the app so we can still enjoy the features.
