## WIBW News Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not Reliable"
Since I don’t have cable, I use the app to catch previous news casts through Zeam. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t. Today, in trying to watch the 6 PM news, I was able to find previous newscasts, but the ability to pause them or fullscreen them did not exist. It existed yesterday. Other times previous newscasts aren’t even there. Not sure who drops the ball in that case. I suppose if you’re going to offer an app, maybe it should be reliable and work.

### ****- "Needs more"
This app could be a better one if it had a dark mode option, not everyone can see the text easily some people have poorer vision and the bright white background makes reading a lot of strain on their eyes. Otherwise it is a good app that’s why I give it four stars for n.

### *---- "v4.0.13 fails w/iOS 12.5.7"
Launches to blank white screen that disappears but is still launched and must be force quit. iOS 12.5.7 was 1/23/23, and greater than 8% of all users today. That’s failure for 1-in-12 users in a competitive market where the apps for competition works perfectly still. KSNT app works!

### *---- "Writers need grammar and spelling lessons!"
Misuse of “there”, “their”, “they’re”
Misuse of “to”, “too”, “two”
Misuse of “your”, “You’re”
Ending sentences in prepositions
Dangling participles
Run on sentences

Many other errors, but these are the glaring errors!

Please, if you’re a college educated journalist you should write grammatical sentences, as well as spell words correctly!

### *---- "Travelers Inn REPORT ?"
.... or whatever you call this piece ! Aug 3 , 2023 11:58 Sarah Motter, Eric Ives , what is this piece of work ? WIBW WHAT IS HAPPENING ? I felt like I was listening to a home -movie from my drunk uncle . Forgive me for my harsh response but this needs to be CALLED OUT .
-- Nowisee123, 2023-08-03

### *---- "Content full of scammy and shady links."
WIBW apparently does not vet their advertising content which takes up 2/3 of the screen and the “related links” at the end of articles. It’s a never ending stream of wellness scams, fake news, advertorial content all pretending to be news from WIBW, and in the process destroying what little credibility they had to begin with.
-- StreamNerd, 2022-07-22

### *---- "Latest Update = wait for it….. still waiting"
The most recent update takes way too long to load the most important tile in the app — the News link. The latest iPhone 13 delays almost 8 seconds between tapping the button and responding. Ridiculous.
-- yojimbabwe, 2022-07-18

### *---- "Bad app"
Brand new phone with latest update & app still doesn’t work. Terrible !!!
-- RNJLSAL, 2021-12-03

### *---- "App"
The app keeps crashing can’t open up app???
-- sgnik3, 2021-11-22

### *---- "App update"
Newest update doesn’t load. I deleted and tried a new downloaded version and it won’t load either. If you click on the app it either dumps you or spins.
