App never works,

Why can’t I create a account? Is it because my baby isn’t due til August someone please explain…. First time mom ( as of August)

It literally NEVER works anymore. And I’m sick of it. Nothing fixes it.

The app is always crashing and can never found user. Need to fixed asap

I suggest remembering your username and password. The app has a tendency to log you off. Other than that, it is very useful and true to what benefits you have left.

Apps Great WHEN IT WORKS. It stops working every day it’s so frustrating you gotta keep deleting and downloading it in order for it to work.

Started using the app yesterday & it was working great. I go to use it today before my shopping & i keep getting — user not found

Logging in issue

I just got on wic as I am 21 weeks pregnant. I just started using the app last week and now I’m trying to sign in and I keep get “lost internet connection” and my internet is working perfectly fine. We have high speed internet here. I tried signing in because I was using face recognition but it doesn’t seem to work. I don’t know what to do because I don’t know what I have left to buy. According to the reviews on here it’s been happening for years. NYS needs to do a better job! Highly disappointed!
