Unusable

Picture on screen shakes and jumps up and down unusable deleted without being able to use. Wanted to use the paint colour tester but cannot

Landscape, iPad apps need to support landscape!!

Any modern iPad variant app needs to support landscape and not force portrait use. Many iPad users use an Apple or 3rd party case/keyboard that is designed to be used in landscape mode. Apple’s own folding keyboard covers/cases forces landscape mode, thus modern apps should support landscape too.

Slow and buggy

App is slow to open and use, it always tries to reload previous sessions whatever that means which takes forever and then makes me login anyway. The website works much better and is 10 times faster.

Wickes needs to do better than this

The developers of this app seem to think they can rewrite app gestures that are now established. Every time I choose a product to view and then want to go back to my search results by swiping i bring up the settings section!!! In any other app such gestures are reserved for going back or forward a page (right to left or left to right) Not for the wickes app, you get the settings section? How this gesture passed testing phase is puzzling. In order to go back you have to touch the back arrow in the top left corner. Devs please respond.

App eats battery power and is clunky

Hoped for better, Wickes being my preferred diy store. App is slow and consumes phone power for no obvious reason. Use the web site, it’s easier!

Stupid cookies

The apps unusable due to a partially hidden poxy bloody cookie notice preventing any interactivity I can see a bit of it but can’t get to the sod off aka accept button. If we have to be endless plagued with cookies at least make the decision a once only action not every time the cut down browser interface is launched!
