Det er ganske irriterende at app’en jævnligt faldet ud, så den ikke kan finde høreapparaterne. Indholdet og det utal af muligheder for at kunne lytte til fjernsyn, streamingtjenester og justere lytteoplevelsen er fornemt, MEN er lidt ligegyldigt når app’en er så ustabil.
App Kan ikke finde høreapparater og siger “højre/Venstre” ofte i ørerne.
Håber på en opdatering så man kan få glæde af Moment app. Glad for høreapparaterne men mangler det sidste i en god oplevelse med en app der virker

Software updates & Comminication
I wrote a scathing review that reflected issues from software updates. One that left me deaf snd sitting through the play Hamilton, and the second the result of a truly amazing update this year in 2024 for Apple products (linked to your id). The second happened just as we left for vacation to an isolated location. I reached Widex just in time to find out about features and functionality for this second update. The agent was kind, and knowledgeable, although just as much collateral damage due to the inability of Widex/Apple communicating notices in advance of crucial updates that affect our ability to function. Another request i hope they both can fulfill. Thanks!
Wider Moment
Replaced right ear Widex Evoke with new Widex Moment. (Apparently not making Evoke any more or it would have been the replacement.)Cannot use both Evoke and Moment together. iPhone will not pair with new Moment.
So, I paid a lot for a new hearing aid that I cannot use. My old hearing aid works fine, so not replacing due to cost. I was told they work together.
I would recommend that, if you are replacing just one, that you have a written guarantee which states they will work together.
I have no problem with quality. They are excellent hearing aids, highest quality.
Wider Moment
The Bluetooth option worked well for the first 6 weeks. Now it cuts in and out. When frustration forces one to switch to speaker on the phone, within a minute it defaults back the the hearing aids which connects then disconnects constantly. I am about ready to get my money back.
No connection
Dear Widex folks. Please update you app to fix the last update. My hearing aids won’t connect to the app since the last update. Please?
One thing different
The streaming function in the previous Widex Evoke app had two volume controls, overall and streaming. This allowed me to adjust the volume of the sound coming from the TV speakers and the sound being streamed separately in such a way that it simulated normal hearing. Not sure if I can get the same results by adjusting the mix of surrounding and streaming sound alone. Will need to experiment with this more.
Recent update
Been having intermittent issues getting both aids to connect simultaneously until the most recent iOS update. Then I got an app update for moment as well, after which it’s one or the other aid and totally crud sound quality..
Just installed the Widex app went fine
I paired the 2 hearing aids with my IPhone 14 latest version O/S following the instructions from Widex. The pairing went smoothly. Seems the bugs mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed.
