This is an amazing app!!! And the vinyl option is amazing! I really love to customise my phone

Dear widgetPod, Please add the app named “SoundCloud to your app. It’s just better then Spotify and Apple Music, and you’ll make me really happy and maybe You’ll make others also happy:)

The customisation options are great, and I love that it works with Spotify. These widgets look so clean!

This would be a five star app if Apple didn’t limit the refresh rate and prevent live updating. As it is, most of the time it shows a different track than what’s playing in Music. It’s not the developers fault, just Apple being annoying. I still use it sometimes to dislike and songs without having to open the Music app. Seems to be the only app (along with Marvis) that actually syncs dislikes back to the cloud. Maybe time to rebuild it as a “classic” widget or expose the love/dislike functionality as a Shortcut action?

The app lets you create beautiful widgets that have a lot of functionality. Especially with the Spotify integration in the free version this app will meet the needs of most people looking for a music widget. There are 2 things I would like to see in to future if possible 😇 1) Integration with more apps (podcast apps would be amazing!!). If possible I would love this widget to be my one stop shop for audio controls. I’m listening a lot to podcasts through Pocket Casts and having that integrate with the widget would be amazing! 2) The widget is sometimes a little slow to update after locking and unlocking my phone. It still shows the previous song while a new one has been playing for a bit.

It does what it is supposed to do but everytime i use the play controls like play or next it opens the app and immediately closes it and there is a little lag is there a way to solve this or is this just how it works works perfectly except this

Wonderful widget which really should have been a native feature in iOS. Can highly recommend the premium option which gives you better looking style options. Thanks!

I got really excited when I found out about this App. Wish I could give it more starts but I am unable to try the App without immediately opting for the Pro version. The App Store description says "WidgetPod works with your Apple Music & Spotify App." Aside from that there is also a description for WidgetPod Pro, with a list of five exclusive features. (No mention of Spotify) Upon opening the App I find the Spotify integration locked behind an iAP. Why would you lock that function behind a paywall or at least not be clear about it? If I could at least try it first with my streaming service of choice, I would definitely consider buying Pro version.

Exactly what I was looking for, a widget for home screen that I can skip songs w out having to open the entire app. This is exactly that and I love all the options for customization. The only frustrating thing is that after a few mins or so without interacting with the widget it stops responding and freezes and in order to get the widget responding again is to open widgetpod app and play music from there then it redirects to the actual music app you're using- from there I have to go back to the widget and refresh it and only then does it respond to clicks and plays music. Having to do that every 5-10 mins is a little annoying :/ If that can be fixed this app is a 10 out of 10 !
