Bought a 24h ticket and after that got logged out without a chance to log in again. Apple ID login stopped working…

I cant even make registration or a login
You should be ashamed of making such a disgraceful app
What is the purpose of needing my dogs name and floor Im living on in my home country to use the ******* bus for a few stops. Its like taunting the common folk to dont pay for the tickets at all and piss in the bus for revenge as well. Humankinds one of the best inventions - smartphone - was a good step towards a better furure. This app is like a disease of this process and should be treated immidietely - by extermination.
Took my money
App looks pkay, design is fine. Lots of steps to buy a ticket - KYC, name, adress, LOTS of steps. Next, when trying to buy a ticket for later, the ticket is activated right after the purchase, so now I have a ticket I don't need yet, and I lost money.

As others wrote, this app is disaster, very unfriendly user interface, registration process complicated (and cannot be completed on iPhone SE first gen). Better to buy a ticket at the place.
