What is the purpose of needing my dogs name and floor Im living on in my home country to use the ******* bus for a few stops. Its like taunting the common folk to dont pay for the tickets at all and piss in the bus for revenge as well. 
Humankinds one of the best inventions - smartphone - was a good step towards a better furure. This app is like a disease of this process and should be treated immidietely - by extermination.

App looks pkay, design is fine. Lots of steps to buy a ticket - KYC, name, adress, LOTS of steps. Next, when trying to buy a ticket for later, the ticket is activated right after the purchase, so now I have a ticket I don't need yet, and I lost money.

One of the steps in buying a ticket is searching for a stop one begins the trip at. And the search function is the worst. Even after typing the whole name of the stop, the top 15 results show completely unrelated stops names.

At least there is Apple Pay now.

I needed to buy a single ticket for tram arriving in 10 minutes. The registration process took me 12 minutes! I don't understand why I had to provide my adress, name, and phone number after the registration by Apple ID. Why do you need all this info just for a purchase of single ticket?
