Aufpassen, in der App werden die verkehrten Tickets für die Fahrt vom Flughafen nach Wien angeboten. Das gekaufte Ticket war im Zug nicht gültig. 

Außerdem funktioniert die Eingabe von Daten nicht, musste per Copy Paste die Daten eingeben.

### *---- "Registrierungsmarathon beim Ticketkauf"
Wenn man hier ein simples Straßenbahnticket kaufen will, muss man sich mit seinen kompletten Daten auf einer externen Site registrieren, die Registrierungs-Email lesen und bestätigen, bekommt dann erst mal Angebote für die Wiener Friedhöfe (?!!) unterbreitet, muss sich erneut anmelden, Geburtsdatum und vollständige Adresse eingeben und kann dann mit viel Glück vielleicht sein Ticket für 2,40 Euro bezahlen. Ich habe an der Stelle abgebrochen.

Die App hole ich nur alle paar Monate raus, um mein Ticket vorzuzeigen und dann werde ich erst mal gezwungen die App upzudaten bevor ich sie nutzen kann. So was dummes… und dann am besten in der Ubahn krin Netz haben.

Ich wollte nicht glauben, dass eine App so unterirdisch sein kann, hab sie runtergeladen, mich versucht anzumelden, und feststellen müssen, dass die Kritik berechtigt ist. Dieses data grabbing grenzt an Gesinnungsschnüffelei und ist komplett überflüssig. Nehmt euch ein Beispiel an Sofia und Brüssel, da kann man mit swipen in jedem ÖPNV zahlen, wenn ihr schon keine App wollt.
Was ich erschreckend finde ist die Ignoranz, mit der seit Jahren die immer gleiche Kritik der potenziellen Nutzer ignoriert wird. Das ist unangemessen. Ich hoffe beim nächsten Qualitätsaudit schaut der Auditor mal genauer hin, wie man bei euch mit der Kundenzufriedenheit umgeht.
Hab die App sofort wieder gelöscht.

### *---- "Wie blöd geht es?"
Da steht man am Flughafen von Wien und findet diese App. Man lädt runter und sucht eine Verbindung in der App. Dann drückt man auf den Ticketbutten und das große Elend beginnt. 
Man kann dann Einzelticket auswählen, aber soll plötzlich wieder eine Starthaltestelle benennen. Ich habe gerade eine Route ausgewählt - wozu? Dann bei der eben noch gefundenen Starthaltestelle „Flughafen Wien Bahnhof“ wird es kafkaesk: „Keine Haltestelle in 1km gefunden“.
Die Entwickler dieser App sind wahre Helden der Benutzer-Verärgerung (um deutlichere Worte zu meiden)
