Very hard to use, almost useless
Long and tedious registration, lot of UX issues, almost useless. It still needs a lot of work!
Depleting battery
On iPhone 13 Pro, it is depleting the battery so bad in the background, that it could kill the phone within half a day, and it happen even if I exit the app completely! 🤨
Useless
I could not buy any ticket (iphone), random error codes followed random error codes. I wasted 10 minutes of my life. Only release apps after testing please, its 2023.
Quite impractical application
Bad useability, lack of english translations and too much out of app - browser based - interface… all in all a displeasing user experience.
Ticket purchase has difficulties
On iphone within the app I was not able to buy online ticket as indicating birth date is mandatory however after selecting it the app is not able to save the data (confirm button is not working) and this way user cannot proceed to final payment.
Issues with linking annual ticket
Dears, I cannot link annual ticket because the process stucked with data sync issue - code120. Could you pls check? Thx!

Tried to buy a day ticket but the app said error. It would’ve been €5,80 but i had to buy a €8 ticket in the wiener linien store, since they told me the €5,80 ticket is online purchase only. FIX YOUR APP PLEASE
Logs out all the time
Every time I select stay logged in, every time have to log in again , when trying to buy a ticket in a hurry .
