Practical app as an alternative to paper tickets
My experience with WienMobil has been positive. The app is practical and I didn’t run across any bug or errors. Only downside is that it asks for a lot of personal data (including things like residence) when making a ticket, which makes you waste quite some time, other than the fact I imagine they’ll use the data for targeted advertising. However, the app is very convenient and overall more advisable than a physical ticket. The live updates about disruptions and waiting times are also a plus. I’d definitely recommend it.
Bad
It crashes; it does not work properly, CAT return ticket lost and considered expired before using it; bad experience overall.
Too many personal info required
As a tourist I find utterly ridiculous having to fill birthdate and other personal infos such as residency address in order to purchase a transportation ticket. Is that even legal to ask?
Ticketkauf immer noch zu umständlich
Hallo Leute, könnt ihr mal bitte den Kaufprozess optimieren? Macht einen Warenkorb und orientiert euch mehr an den Kundenbedürfnissen. Beispiel: für eine Familie benötige ich 4 mal die Eingabe der Kreditkartendaten und muss 4 mal kaufen obwohl ich nur 2 Arten von Tickets benötige, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder also ermäßigt. Beim Kauf des Peanutsbetrags von 2,40 kommt dann noch die ganze Sicherheit drauf mit 4 mal Code einmalig und dazu Sicherheitscode. Das sollte bei Marginalbeträgen nicht erforderlich sein. Lösung also: - Ticketart - Anzahl Tickets - add to Warenkorb Im Fall noch mal Dann Gesamtbetrag und Kontrolle und dann einmalig Bezahlungsvorgang. Kennt man ja;-)

Quando war viel besser
- alles sehr unübersichtlich (v. a. Routen wählen zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt) - manchmal bleibt man nicht angemeldet und Tickets verschwinden
Qando is so much better
The good old Qando app for Vienna was so much better and faster to check compared to this app! Such a shame that they are shutting down qando! WE WANT QANDO BACK
