So far this is the worst transport app that doesn’t have english and full of log in and asking for unnecessary information

The application is a mess, I am randomly logged out and unable to log in. Also i was unable to make payments. Not sure why the developer is not testing the basic actions that you should do with this app and fixes the issues

The app changed the log in method and after I logged in through the new log.wien, it still asks me to provide my birth date and address just so I can buy a ticket. I will never provide such sensitive data just so I can purchase a public transport ticket, no matter how many messages of reassurance the developers add in the app. This is the most terrible digital experience I have been through for buying a ticket in Europe! Absolutely disappointed and am deleting the app altogether.

The map is pretty buggy and uselessly hard to use compare to others. Also, it’s such a shame Apple Pay isn’t one of the options when it comes to paying for a ticket.

es kommt nie was pünktlich einfach nie ich verpasse schon seit einer woche jeden verf*** tag mein s bahn und der bus kommt immer 3 4 minuten später wie aufm fahrplan oder in der app.

Leider ist die Fehlerhaftigkeit hoch. Die angezeigten Gleise stimmen oft nicht, ebenso die Abfahrtszeiten.

Prinzipiell gut Aber bitte repariert das anmelden mit der Austria ID Ich werde immer von der App zu DigitalesAmt zum Browser weitergeleitet der natürlich nichts von der App weiß. Also kann ich mich nicht in der App anmelden, irgendwann muss es funktioniert haben weil ich angemeldet war für die längste Zeit aber jetzt geht’s nicht mehr.

Das geht auf ka Kuahhaut, holt euch Tester wir sind es leid wie Inkompetent ihr mit eurer App seid.

Anmeldung nicht möglich da die Tastatur nicht eingeblendet wird.

Die Intervalle wann die U-Bahn kommen wird ist jedes Mal falsch, echt super kein Verlass auf die App
