It requires getting an account to buy a ticket, which is completely unnecessary. But signing up didn’t even work, the confirmation email never showed up. It’s much less trouble to just buy the ticket from the machine and not bother with the app.

If having to use this app and system for public transport is the price, then a taxi is better value. Worst app experience I had in years, if you value your holiday mood, don’t use it.

It should be illegal to make apps this terrible.

I took 2 trains, a bus and a plane to get to Vienna, but somehow purchasing a ticket through this app was the most exhausting part of my journey.

I have bought an Annual Pass but was logged out and now it is impossible to login again. So the digital pass is not accessible. Totally useless!

Worst app ever, doesn’t work, impossible to figure out where you going, better just to take taxi!!

Two days ago I downloaded this app to buy a ticket so I can go back to the city center after a dinner I had in the north of the city. I still haven’t received the confirmation email for the account that was mandatory to buy a ticket with the app. I bought a tent and a sleeping bag and I have been eating off of grocery store sandwiches. My kids are asking me when I’ll come back home. I told them I didn’t get the confirmation email yet.

es kommt nie was pünktlich einfach nie ich verpasse schon seit einer woche jeden verf*** tag mein s bahn und der bus kommt immer 3 4 minuten später wie aufm fahrplan oder in der app.

Leider ist die Fehlerhaftigkeit hoch. Die angezeigten Gleise stimmen oft nicht, ebenso die Abfahrtszeiten.

Prinzipiell gut Aber bitte repariert das anmelden mit der Austria ID Ich werde immer von der App zu DigitalesAmt zum Browser weitergeleitet der natürlich nichts von der App weiß. Also kann ich mich nicht in der App anmelden, irgendwann muss es funktioniert haben weil ich angemeldet war für die längste Zeit aber jetzt geht’s nicht mehr.
