Functional app, but there is an issue signing up for international users. When you sign up, it asks for your house number and you are limited to 10 characters. This is an issue as in some countries (like the UK), houses can have names rather than numbers for their official address. This meant that I was unable to enter my address properly.

This app works great and is easy to use, but why can’t we use Apple wallet?

Cleverly written to integrate all forms of transport in Vienna. Very easy to use and very helpful indeed.

Appalling app.

Won’t allow you to login so purchased via web and took screen shots of ticket instead. Workaround as developers can’t do what it says it can reliably (or even at all).

Was sceptical due to past reviews, however I had a smooth time with the app, easily bought tickets and the app stored my card so I could purchase future tickets just as well. To note: I was in the UK at the time of downloading the app and purchasing tickets.

I intended to buy the 2 day tickets via the app. The email verification process is not friendly, it failed to redirect me back to the app after I confirmed my email address. Moreover, I cannot complete the payment process after I put my UK billing address (but my wife can by using the same address). The user experience of the app is disappointing, I’d suggest users to spend at least 10-15 minutes to use the app when you arrive the airport / railways station. You might need to buy the ticket from counter afterwards.
