## WiFi-104 Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible"
Horrible to try to connect. Makes changing your lights not worth it.
-- Adennin, 2021-10-20

### *---- "Nothing but trouble."
App is extremely NON user friendly. The owners manual is not helpful. It seems like it was written for people that already know how it works.

I regret investing in this system.
-- NickfromWI, 2021-04-19

### *---- "When will you update this app?"
It’s 2020. Please do some revisions to this app. It’s outdated.
-- GizaDog, 2020-10-06

### *---- "Never worked great and now it does work at all"
Agree with other reviewer that setting up and using this app is not intuitive. Instructions are poorly written. Finally got it to work. It was unreliable at best and now I can’t connect at all. App on both phone and IPad will not connect.
-- Running Blue Puppy, 2019-10-25

### *---- "Insecure Wi-Fi means no configuration"
The user cannot configure the software because the phone will not allow communication to an insecure network. iPhone WiFi literally will no longer connect to the device which means you can't use the application S/W to configure the controllers. Even after disabling security software, the Apple OS will not allow communication to an unsecured Wi-Fi. DO not get this product.

### ***** "Love the functionality of this app with Trimlight"
This app works great with my Trimlight system! Sure it takes some time to learn all the settings but that is to be expected with any app that provides so many amazing options. Trimlight provides an excellent video tutorial explaining exactly how to use the app. I don’t know understand the complaints I read, once you watch the you tube video and follow along you should have no issues setting up and using your system. I am very impressed with Trimlight and my app, awesome system!

### ***** "Works Every Time"
I have worked with a number of different control units for LED lighting and this app and WiFi unit are far more reliable, and have a much better connection to my devices and home WiFi router. It does exactly what I need it to do which is allow me to control my light from phone! Spend a little time with it and it is really not very hard to figure out.

### ***** "LOVE this!"
I am so extremely happy with these lights and the capabilities this app gives you. There are a few things that could use a little updating but honestly, it’s not that big of a deal. I’m still completely satisfied with this app and the lights! It’s fun to come up with different color combos and to be able to save them. Oh! And the fact that I can have these on a timer I set in this app is THE BEST!

### *---- "Really Bad"
Really really bad.
-- Oviedo 75 1000, 2018-11-06

### *---- "Horrible design and takes a while to connect"
This app takes a long time to connect to the provided WiFi “router”?? My phone now automatically connects with the provided WiFi router instead of my own personal one which then creates problems later on. The app can only be accessed if you are on a WiFi network—not cool. As for the design, it is horrible to say the least. The app is hard to understand and buttons are not in ideal spots. That app runs off of an operating system that is similar to what Apple iPhone 3 and 3G the worked off of — very outdated. I expected a much better app design with how much money I spent for this Trimlight service.
