WikiCamps has always been our “go to” app in Australia. Now we are doing a road trip around Canada and I still love it, BUT, it needs more users to give more feedback on places

Then tap a site to bring up its details page. The site details page shows icons representing features the site has to offer, such as toilets, showers, power, pet friendly, and so many more! It also shows the name, address, contact details, a user rating, user reviews, prices, photos and even a handy 7 day weather forecast.
Use site filters to narrow down your results and only show sites which are relative to your needs. Eg. Must have toilets, must be pet friendly, has power available, etc.
Add sites to your favourites to keep track of places you want to visit! Sign up for a WikiCamps user account (free) to sync favourites across multiple devices.
Create and plan multiple road trips using the built-in trip planner. Add sites to your trip, update your progress as you drive, then share your trip with friends and family.

Had an issue and emailed customer support and had a quick response with a solution.
RV trip
Excellent offline functionality with downloaded maps
Not as good as WikiCamps Australia
We have used WikiCamps Australia for years and it is our go-to bible for camp sites, points of interest and public toilet location. WikiCamps Canada has very few reviews by users (are there many users out there???), and very few points of interest which is helpful when touring to know what to see in areas you are not familiar with. What did help us was the off-line maps to travel off the major highways and through small villages.

This program is the best I used it last year I travelled around Australia over 12 months and used Wiki Camps Australia it never ever let me down.

We have used this app for over ten years in many different countries with much enjoyment. In fact, we often plan our trips around this app. It’s the best.
No good for backpackers
This app is for RV users and people who strictly car camp in paid campgrounds
