This is the opposite of secure. Making us type the password makes us succeptible to a keystroke logger and choosing a less complex password. 

Letting us paste a PW removes both of the above issues.

For months my guest registrant stopped working so there’s no way to inform the desk via app. Literally the thing I needed to do the most with this app.   It freezes, closes out. We have to use it because of the building but boy is this trash

Terrible customer service - we’ve only asked her for help only a few times with picking up our packages however she is incredibly rude. She claims that she is so busy and never attempts to provide any real customer service, she puts off our requests and tells us to wait for someone else or to address the issues ourselves. She seems to be so unhappy with any of minor issues that we have brought up. Unbelievable to be experiencing such terrible service given this is a luxury apartment living. Please train your staff to be mindful and to treat everyone with respect.
