This is the opposite of secure. Making us type the password makes us succeptible to a keystroke logger and choosing a less complex password. 

Letting us paste a PW removes both of the above issues.

For months my guest registrant stopped working so there’s no way to inform the desk via app. Literally the thing I needed to do the most with this app.   It freezes, closes out. Terrible customer service - we’ve only asked her for help only a few times with picking up our packages however she is incredibly rude. She claims that she is so busy and never attempts to provide any real customer service, she puts off our requests and tells us to wait for someone else or to address the issues ourselves. She seems to be so unhappy with any of minor issues that we have brought up. Unbelievable to be experiencing such terrible service given this is a luxury apartment living. Please train your staff to be mindful and to treat everyone with respect.

I do have to say that having an app like this is fantastic for renters, but there is one big bug that prevents me from using the app in one way out intended for. I cannot tap on the date when adding a reservation to code a day other than today. The app just crashes every time! If that were fixed, the app would be amazing and receive the 5 stars I feel it could!

I noticed mold growth and immediately reported it and also had a licensed specialist come do mold tests. My apartment tested positive for black mold. That requires a licensed remediation team to address the black mold growth. Instead, no remediation has been performed and I am told I can safely go back into my apartment. I have spoken to numerous experts and know that it is not safe. Lincoln property company is in breach of contact by not providing me a safe place to live.

Long overdue - After throwing my garbage away I continue to notice how clean and well kept the trash area has been for a while.  Great to see.  I knew the issue would be fixed, however we were in a very challenging hiring climate.  Bottom line they fixed it in a timely manner. Great job!

I have not been able to get into the app since it updated. It asked me for my password which I put in, and I keep getting errors that it is wrong. When I tried to reset the password I keep getting told that they don’t match, even though they do.
