They prioritize everything over Kabaddi. They will show that they will be broadcasting it on their schedule. And then not follow thru. And they will show that you can watch the replays. Most aren’t there….. No response from customer service.
We pay subscription for such a seriously bad streaming. This is extremely annoying app, wherever the steaming interrupts for whatever reasons.
Unable to enter login credentials in an android tv device due to a bug and cannot keep a chromecast link for more than 30 minutes.
Insane that the one thing they’re meant to do: provide a stream to watch cricket, they fail at so miserably. World Cup games were unwatchable, but their ads showed without fail.
Don’t use this app. I have subscribed this app and I am not able to watch live matches. I have contacted support staff to review my request. Padma Jyothi one of the support staff didn’t helped me. She don’t understand what I am saying . I don’t know who hired that girl. Dear CEO and chairman please take serious action against her . Today it’s my 10 dollars. Doesn’t start game on time. App is very slow. Very few options while live streaming. Does not stream required games.
Just worst
1. The stream keeps switching from Aus vs Ind match to some random matches. Tried both the sources. Very frustrating. No customer support. 2. They only show when the game is actually being played. None of the commentary or pre or post match stuff. It is shocking that they have 2.5 rating and still not fixing things :/ I hope there was some other way to see matches in US.
Streaming issues aplenty from not loading, to crashing, to straight up showing a local tape ball league when I click into watch some Test cricket. The only things that work seamlessly are billing and shoving ads down our throats.
Willow’s UI is so bad, whenever I pause the live cricket match, I have to completely go back to Home Screen and start with an advertisement. Also today when I am watching a test cricket match, it switches to a league match automatically. I have to start all over again, it does the same after a minute. Extremely frustrated with a paid app doing this. Don’t recommend at all if you have an alternative.
