-6 total at-home workouts (20-40 min) each week in both video and written form. You hit "play" and let head trainer Meg Miles guide you through.
-Minimal equipment required: 5 and 10 lb. dumbbells, a heavy resistance band, and a chair/step.
-Follow-along workout videos
GYM PLAN: (plans starting at $9.99/month)
-Go at your own pace with head trainer Meg Miles' gym workouts.
-6 total gym workouts (60 min.) each week in both video and written form.
-Video demonstrations of all exercises to give you confidence.
-Easy-to-follow instructions.
PREGNANCY GUIDE: (plans starting at $12.99/month)
-New pregnancy-safe workouts each week programmed by a pre/post natal fitness specialist and trainer.
-Guiding you from week 13 (second trimester) to week 40 (delivery) of your pregnancy.
-At-home and/or gym pregnancy options.
-Access to head trainer Meg Miles' pregnancy tips and motivation along the way to help you feel your strongest through pregnancy, delivery, and recovery.

I used to go to classes at my gym, but when I had my 3rd baby the class times no longer worked with my schedule. I decided I would do my own workout at the gym, so it could be at whatever time worked best for me. The first time I walked in the weight room I felt so inadequate! There was about 30 men, & me, & I was clueless about what move to start with or what equipment to use. Now that I have the Wilma app, I am completely confident in my gym workouts, & look forward to going to the weight room!! The best workout app for moms, also love the home workouts for when I don’t make it to the gym, and the high fit and yoga workouts are an awesome bonus!!!

When I first saw the Wilma App, I was unsure if the workouts would challenge me enough, mostly because of the length of time. I am used to doing 1.5 hr long workouts, mostly from home, but boy, was I wrong. They are so challenging, and I am already seeing a difference. I’m so glad that I don’t need to workout as long as I thought I did to get results. The community and challenges weekly give an extra boost that is amazing!

The only at home work outs I’m motivated to do!

I love the WILMA app and Meg. It’s the only at home workouts I’m motivated to do. Meg is so encouraging and sweats right along side you. The works outs are never the same, there is always such a good variety. Coins t recommend more.

This app is amazing! Working out WITH (and I say that because Meg is doing it right along with you, not just instructing) is so encouraging. This is the only fitness app I’ve used where there is a real person working out alongside you, cheering you on, sweating and out of breath WITH you. There’s no algorithm. There’s no fancy outfit (though her outfits are great) and hair and makeup. It’s you and Meg, working out at home together. And there’s no better time than right now, almost a year into imposed time at home, to have a friend reminding you why you’re doing this to begin with. For you.

I’ve been using this app for over 4 years and it has been life changing for me. If you’re looking to challenge yourself - Wilma is your app. If you’re wanting variety in your workouts but a space that will help you stay consistent- Wilma is your app. If you’re looking for a trainer who motivates you in kind an body positive ways - Wilma is your app. I could go on and on but Wilma has been with me through many stages of my life; pregnancies, postpartum, cross training when I ran a marathon, and it has been exactly what I needed in every stage. After a strained relationship with exercise I found a place where I could fall in love with movement all over again.

I love using the Wilma app! I love they everything is laid out for me every week so I don’t have to think about it as a busy mom, and I love that Meg is so encouraging and inclusive to everyone and wherever they are on their health journey. It was so helpful during pregnancy and postpartum!
