What a poorly designed prepay. Rip off and no way of calling to ask or get a refund

Relatively cheap on the weekend when pre-booking. I hope they implement the same rate Mon-Fri. Families with kids will certainly benefit on this offer especially during school break. Otherwise, parking is convenient and secure.
Doesn’t work with tracker blocking
The ability to search for a car park doesn’t work when I’m connected to a wifi network with tracking blocking. That is a real shame.
Worst app
This is the worst parking app. For every parking to check whether its available or not i need to enter entry and exit time only to find its not available. Why cant entry and exit time be included as part of search. Such a pathetic experience. Shame on the developer.
Terrible app
Didn’t recognise my number so would not let me make a payment. Just deleted the app and will not park at Wilson parking
Easy to use
I’ve no issue using the Wilson Parking apps to book the carpark slot to this day. The price and the information are clear. Plus I don’t need to get a ticket. Just needs a physical credit card or Apple Pay whichever I used to book.
Fantastic app
This app is incredible. So much thought put into it and is super easy to prebook at a car park that meets your needs. I just wish all carparks were owned by Wilson so I can book using this app!
New version not loading
I’ve used this app for years with no problem. Now with the new version update, it won’t load and there’s no direct contact for tech support. Have to go via website to book now. Hope this is resolved soon.
Changes the price daily
Trash app and company. Price changes daily for the same park with no warning.
Most frustrating app…..
Why not just provide a QR code for prepaid parking. There a many things annoying, however this basic function would make it very simple…like the Mel airport pre paid.
