I’ve been using this app for awhile to track my breathing sessions. Sometimes I’ve noticed when checking my result history session data is missing which is annoying. Also, why did they move the breath timer from the Home Screen? Now you have to tap three different buttons to get there. Also after finishing a session it used to automatically take you to the results screen. Not the case anymore, you have to tap out of the timer and go back to the main screen which silly. Some of the time I will accidentally bump the stop button during a breath hold. Maybe they could add a “slide” or “hold to start/stop” feature to avoid this happening.
I have been using this app for months now and just love it. It is now a cornerstone of my morning routine. I would recommend to anyone wanting to practice the Wim Hof method.
Enjoying this method! I have found the updates to be very helpful and have spent a couple of bucks to unlock more features like the stretching and meditation coaching and the cold water immersion videos. I am much more happy now. Thank you Wim Hof Method
I purchased this app after hearing Wim Hof on the JRE, at that time it was clunky as heck. The recent updates have greatly improved the interface and experience.
I love this app, have used it many many times… but I have a feeling that Michael Smith guy from the preview pictures, doesn’t work in the paper industry🤔
I’m on iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS 18) and all my icons match with dark mode. But Wim Hof is the ONE bright white icon…get with the times
Excellent App, but somehow it logs me out and I can’t reset the password correctly.
Wim often refers to his “free app” there are a few limited free aspects of this app but it’s really all pushing you to subscribe. Which is fine but don’t keep calling it a free app.
If I had the option to turn off all audio while using this thing. I click on the option for no music, it still plays music. Transition from breathing to retention is also abrupt. Just want guided breathing and the option to listen to personal music apps at the same time.
