## Wim Hof Method Reviews in United States

### ***** "Just started Wim Hof"
I’m sticking to it. This is my life now.
-- I am Brian L, 2025-11-19

### *---- "From years of use to unusable"
I used to use this app everyday. Unfortunately, when things went wrong, the support could not have been more disrespectful of my loyalty or time.

I’ve been a paying user for many years. When the app updated in May, it caused a slew of issues, included losing much of my hard-earned data. This was highly demotivating. After a long back-and-forth with no solution, support agreed to give me a free year of premium access.

Smaller issues continued and my thread with support dragged out over months, with the team giving me copy-paste responses and not bothering to read properly read the thread.

Then the last straw: I followed their instructions to cancel my auto-renewal on Apple, as support assured me my free year of access would kick in. When the renewal date came around, I had lost premium access.

I wrote one final email to support, and they didn’t even address their broken promise. I just got another copy-paste answer to take the issue up with Apple.

Sad to see something that brought me peace and joy turn into such a source of frustration and disappointment.
-- Flo Therese, 2025-11-18

### ***** "Incredible App"
Such an amazing way to track Breathwork. And having Wim Hof in your pocket available anytime.
-- Vagabondservant, 2025-11-18

### ***** "Revolutionary"
This app is outstanding, not only does it offer great tools to help you master your breath, it also offers many tools to master your mind and your body. I’ve used Wim’s techniques for almost a decade and it’s been truly transformative. 11/10, well done.
-- cokewiegs, 2025-11-15

### ***-- "Retention timer doesn’t work"
I have already complained directly to the company several times that with the last software update when you use retention time and stream music from iPhone 13 Pro Max, the retention timer after the second round gets in the lock screen mode, and you have to unlock the screen to stop or start the timer. It’s been several weeks since I last reached out to the company. They reached back and said they would update the app with the next release. Its been several week now but no updates. Common, Wim - do it right for your loyal customers!
-- RBG92, 2025-11-13

### ***** "Breathing with Wim"
Breath is my life, breath hold with Wim has been part of my life for many years. In all the chaos in the world, my breath is constant, as is my being. Thanks Wim!
-- Gynce99, 2025-11-10

### ***** "Use the app! Not YouTube!"
Don’t get sucked in with YouTube and all the random videos from around the world. Stay focused and go straight to the app!
-- RAZODAN, 2025-11-10

### ***** "Great tool"
Seeing the results over the past couple of years is very motivating to keep it going. Thank you for a great app!
-- HVAC guy 6, 2025-11-09

### ***** "Life changing"
Love you Wim!
-- Shnicarish, 2025-11-08

### ***** "what a difference"
many benefits from using this app
-- likeclockwork.net, 2025-11-06
