Description

To facilitate property owners to appoint a Qualified Person (QP) for Mandatory Windows Inspection Scheme (MWIS), Buildings Department (BD) launched this mobile application “WIN SAFE” connecting property owners/QP/BD for MWIS in an efficient manner, as a result, facilitating property owners’ early compliance of MWIS notices as well as enhancing building safety.
Functions include: -
- Searching QPs that meets individual owner’s needs
- Rating by owners on the overall performance of the appointed QPs
- Chatroom available for owners and QPs, which enables photos, files and voice recording attachments
- Application for extension of time
- Handling of enquiries
- Collection of cost data from property owners and QPs for statistic and public’s reference
