Very useful for runners and during typhoons
As a runner, the wind has a significant impact on the performance. As the race day approaches, i needed a tool that would give me an accurate forecast of the wind so I can plan my racing strategy on race day. Before buying the app, i was concerned about the accuracy because the wind can change drastically from on spot to another. But there are a lot of spots available on the world map to get a good approximation of the wind forecast. Plus the regular and constant updates during the day makes the forecasting very accurate. During the period of typhoons I was constantly checking the app to see how movements of the wind as well I highly recommend this app for those who are like me: endurance athlete ( runner, cyclist etc) and or live in a place with typhoons ( i live in Japan)

こういうアプリは他にないので、大変よい。現在の風速がもう少し正確なら、なお嬉しいところ。
波高が…
前バージョンでは波高も色分けされててわかりやすかったのに、最新版では波高は色分けされず数字を見て判断しなきゃならなくなった。風速みたいに色分けしてくれたら見やすいのにすごく残念。アップデートしなければよかった…
いろいろ試したけど
ロードバイクに乗るとき、風景写真を撮りに行くときに使用しています。 いろいろ試しましたが、このアプリに落ち着きました。
かなりイイ♪
無料版使っててかなりイイけど広告がウザかったのと、潮の向きと上げ下げが追加される有料版が気になり購入。使い易くより便利に！英語のマニュアル以外は満足です。
遠征釣りに必須！
内陸から海釣りに遠征するには、風と波の情報は必須です。あまりに便利なので、無料版から乗り換えました(*ゝω･)b
Immer verlässlich
Wir brauchen den Windfinder, wenn wir nach Helgoland fahren. Dabei konnten wir uns immer auf die Prognose verlassen.
Leider keine Weiterentwicklung mehr
Die App habe ich vor vielen Jahren gekauft und wegen der miserablen und ungenauen Vorhersagen wieder gelöscht. Ab und zu installiere ich sie wieder, weil die Entwickler einem anderen Rezensenten vor 6 (!) Jahren mal geantwortet haben, dass es „zukünftig“ mehr Vorhersagemodelle geben würde. Seitdem hat sich nichts geändert. GFS ist und bleibt ein globales Modell mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Und was ist Superforecast? Icon D2, Arome, KNMI oder was auch immer, es passt leider zu selten. Der gute alte Windguru macht das tausende Male besser, vor allem wird da immer noch mal was Neues eingepflegt. Schade, ursprünglich hatte der Windfinder das Potenzial, die beste Wind- und Wetterapp zu werden.
