為什麼會突然收取39.99美元？我好像沒有參加年費計劃？

I purchased this app years ago, well before subscriptions existed. You’d think the company would appreciate long time customers. Not in the slightest. The app keeps telling me to restore my purchase but when I click the button nothing happens. I’ve emailed the support and I’ve gotten no response.

It says the manual plan is free but it won’t work. I emailed them and they claimed had to by my phone and that I needed to reset it. I did everything I could on my end but nothing works. It’s an issue with the app.

I think the app could use some updating or improvements. I can find a way to sync between iPad and iPhone. Would like to see some food tracking and recipes tips.

love the app but for the past few days when I try to open it the fasting menu n all that is genuinely not there like its jus a blank white screen, I been using the app for a while never had none of these type problems so I hope y’all can fix that soon update: i had to delete the app and lose all my data, OVER A YEAR OF DATA!!!!!!!!! just for it to still NOT WORK. i am genuinely in my feelings. your app has been apart of my daily routine, i open this app multiple times a day EVERY DAY, i am very invested in it. i could’ve seen myself using your app for YEARS if it weren’t for these flaws that y’all clearly have no intent to fix. i see reviews dating back years describing the same problem i’ve experienced. i hope you know how many costumers you are losing from this oversight and how BADLY you are tanking the potential of your app. very frustrating i expect nothing from y’all i will not be using your app moving forward.

Had the app in the past and it was great, but now I can't even get past the manual plan screen. The "open eating window" and "start fasting" buttons do nothing.

I have had this app for almost 5 years now. I use it religiously to track my fasting hours. For the most part it works really well. There are times it lags. Then there are times that it lags really bad. Luckily you can edit your times. Every year the price has gone up. This year the price has gone up by double!! So I was paying $39.99 and now it’s going to $89.99. That’s a hard pass. Why have such an increase? There is literally no upkeep for this app. I have never seen such a jump for an app. While I love using this app, I refuse to pay that amount of money. Especially in this economy.
