I can’t stress this enough, this application is so frustrating! I automatically charged me for a 1yr subscription and is not giving me an option to refund and cancel. I don’t even need this app! I just wanted to check it since I saw it in an ad, and when I tried to access it it was so fishy that it immediately charged me for a new subscription!! My account was immediately charged in less than a minute and I tried to refund and cancel immediately but there’s no option to do so!!!!!

In the description, they say there’s a free version. However, when you set it up, you get asked immediately if you’ll avail the 7-day free trial and then get charged the annual fee of Php2,090 (which isn’t much of a promo because the regular annual fee is Php1,990), avail of the monthly subscription or restore store purchase. There was no option to simply set it up and try the free version. If it was, the interface was designed well to dupe users into subscribing. I wanted to give the developers the benefit of the doubt but the reviews here saying the same thing are very true. I’m giving the app 2 stars because once you’re done setting up, it seems helpful - there’s a suggested meal plan which honestly can be improved by getting information like allergies and food intolerance but I digress. It’s nice to also be able to track water intake in 1 app but it doesn’t seem to sync with the health app. I’ll update my review in maybe a month. But for now, 2 stars. Hope the developers can fix the interface upon setup - it’s really misleading. Also, since users are paying a premium, might as well include a calorie counter - the blog thing doesn’t cut it.
