The Watch complications and app doesn’t update very well and can then, more often than not, overwrite the information in the phone app, causing me to have to remember the details the app is supposed to be tracking for me. It also seems to have a bit of trouble going past midnight as you then can’t edit your start time on the watch app without it switching to the current day. It also doesn’t like you starting/ending your fasts manually and will often show odd timings as a result. Also I paid for a full years subscription but because I have amended my apple account so that it doesn’t auto-renew I am now asked why I not subscribed every time I open the app, despite my current paid period still being active. The notifications also do not seem to reference your current fasting/water status as I am constantly getting notifications to start fasting when I have already begun one manually, or a reminder to drink water when I have already hit my goal for the day.
