I really liked the previous version where I could save my password and only had to log in once a day and throughout the rest of the day I didn’t need to manually enter the password each time I had to get back into the Remote Desktop. I get it that you have removed this feature for pervasiveness reasons but having the ability to log in with fingerprint would make the experience a lot less annoying as I have to log in multiple times throughout the day.

Bring back RDClient. Didn’t carry over saved passwords. Prompt to save password disappears within half a second as the app goes full screen. Subsequent connections can’t enter password as keyboard doesn’t pop up. Within rdp session the keyboard button doesn’t work so can’t type into remote session. Couldn’t find the familiar red app on my phone or even search for it as it was renamed as well.

I have a password less Microsoft account so by extension my pc does not have a password, only a pin.
This app does not accept the pin as credentials nor does it check with Microsoft for acceptable app passwords making it impossible to use without lowering the security of my Microsoft account.

Going back to chrome Remote Desktop because it at least works….
