Subscription does not work

JK954688 on

App will allow you to subscribe but then it doesn’t recognize the subscription when trying to log in. Unusable.

App no longer loads my subscription as being active. No way to contact the company. Keeps charging me and no access.

1997 brunello argiano

Terrible experince on

Canada

Just opened a bottle this week the wine turn breakers red and not drinkable. So the Brunellos don’t hold as well as the French? I always thought brunello could hold For 30 years or more?

Double Dipping

I have the online subscription why are they charging for access to the App?

Broken

Dtemps on

Canada

I’ve subscribed for $3.99/month yet the paywall won’t go away so I can’t access the content! What a waste of money.

Scanner

@bcromeo on

Canada

Well researched and full of information. It doesn’t cover well the Canadian market. It also lacked a bar code scanner for researching a single wine quickly. You must enter the information correctly to get the right information which is cumbersome when shopping for wine at a store, cellars or winery.

I have a simple question, but there is absolutely no way to send a message or connect with WS

Canadian content lacking

Canadatraveler on

Canada

I cancelled my subscription due to lack of Canadian content. Cancelling a subscription is quite the tortuous undertaking if you have never had to do it, if you are a Canadian you might want to learn how to do that first before considering a subscription.
